BMC Software Customer Support Central has added new functionality to better able you to find your issues.
New features include:
- The ability to add expired IDs to your support profile.
- The ability to search for an issue or defect by the ID number.
A valid BMC Support User ID is required to access the new features.
Register now with BMC Support if you do not have a User ID. This two-step process requires you to subscribe to Support, using your Contract ID, after registering.
