In our effort to continually meet customers’ needs BMC Software has created a central Customer Contact Centre for servicing customers in Europe, The Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The Centre is located in Dublin, Ireland and is staffed with a multinational team to provide customers with a consistent, native language experience.
The objective of the EMEA Customer Contact Centre is to provide excellent support in an efficient and consistent manner to our customers across all geographies. To support this, we consolidated our skills across EMEA, providing improved scalability and utilization of all the available skills.
Virtual teams of specialists for their specific product lines have been developed, once again opening the channels to share knowledge, skill and best practices amongst the team members covering all geographies effectively and efficiently and offering our customers the same level of support irrespective of their location.
In case you encounter a malfunctioning of one of the BMC Software installed products you have three ways to contact BMC Software Support and to report your problem 24 x 7 hours :
