Examination Details

The BMC Certified Developer certification examination is a practical examination that requires candidates to demonstrate they have the knowledge and skills necessary to evaluate a set of customer requirements and build an AR System application that efficiently and effectively meets these requirements.

This is a five-day session. All days are devoted entirely to examination; no additional instruction is provided. There are two parts to the exam: a written portion that tests understanding of AR System concepts; and a hands-on portion that includes a practical case study.

Candidates who fail this examination are not granted an immediate retake and are required to register for and complete the BMC Remedy AR System 7.5: Developer Certification course again. It is recommended that in these instances, candidates take time to gain additional field experience before re-enrolling in the BMC Remedy AR System 7.5: Developer Certification course.
