BMC Incident and Problem Management Foundation Certification

Designed for BMC Solution Partners, the BMC Incident and Problem Management Foundation Certification program teaches the skills and methodologies for understanding and gathering customer requirements. The program also offers strategies for design and implementation, particularly with regards to implementing and deploying BMC Incident and Problem Management Solutions.

Note: This course concludes with an instructor-proctored online exam. Students must achieve 70% or higher to be eligible to attend the final certification course.

Certification Requirements

  • Must be employed by a current, valid BMC Solution partner
  • Complete required product training (shown above)
  • Complete and pass the BMC Incident and Problem Management Foundation Certification
  • Maintain certification through ongoing training

Certification remains in effect while the consultant is an employee of the sponsoring BMC Solution Partner. If the BMC Solution Partner contract expires or is terminated, the consultant certification also expires. If the consultant leaves the employment of one BMC Solution Partner and is employed by another valid BMC Solution Partner, certification may be transferred and reinstated at BMC's discretion.
