There are four phases to Solution Adoption: Awareness and Alignment, Project Team Enablement, End-User Enablement, and Measurement and Validation.
Awareness & Alignment helps define a communications plan throughout implementation to inform the organization and ensure positive support of the initiative. Project Team Enablement will review the solution being implemented including technology and process changes. They will also provide a detailed understanding of administrative requirements and ongoing operation of the solution. During End User Enablement, detailed role-specific instructions will be executed to ensure the skills necessary for implementation success and end user adoption.
