PATROL® for SAP Enterprise Portal Optimizes Customer Experiences through Management of the Entire SAP Portal-Based Environment

Because it relies on information from a variety of sources, management of the SAP Enterprise Portal-based environment is critical to optimizing the customer experience.

PATROL for SAP Enterprise Portal allows administrators to define and measure PATROL for SAP Enterprise Portal service levels and can proactively alert administrators before service level agreements are broken. PATROL for SAP Enterprise Portal monitors the entire SAP Enterprise Portal solution-based environment, including the performance and availability of the core components of the SAP Enterprise Portal itself as well as the numerous external infrastructure components it relies on to function properly. Management of all IT components that support the SAP Enterprise Portal is crucial for problem determination and root cause analysis, helping pinpoint the source of an issue even if it occurs outside of the SAP solution-based environment.
