Corra Technology Offers Systems Management and Services with BMC Software®'s PATROL® Express

Parsippany, NJ - August 4, 2004 Corra Technology, Inc., CTI, a global software services and IT consulting organization, today announced an alliance with BMC Software, Inc. a leading provider of enterprise management solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, CTI will offer configuration, installation and maintenance services and resell BMC Software's PATROL Express solution as a managed service, giving customers an easy-to-use solution for monitoring and management.

PATROL Express monitors the performance and availability of servers, applications and storage and network devices. Monitoring is accomplished remotely without software residing on the elements being monitored. PATROL Express also monitors the performance and availability of Web transactions. By monitoring both infrastructure and transactions IT can quickly determine how infrastructure problems affect the end-user experience. PATROL Express enables IT to quickly identify problems and prioritize them to meet the most pressing and potentially damaging issues first.
