BMC Software Corporate Commitment BMC Software and its employees are active in helping our neighbors by supporting numerous charitable programs and humanitarian activities to make a difference in our communities. By focusing our efforts in areas we can have the most meaningful impact, we volunteer with local non-profits and community projects, including social services and health/wellness. BMC coordinates community service projects in many of its locations to facilitate employee involvement. Over the past several years the company has made a concerted effort to become better stewards of our environment. Examples include: increasing recycling efforts, elimminating the use of everyday items (Styrofoam cups, etc.) that are harmful to the environment, consolidation of real estate to reduce energy and water usage and creating an internal web site with helpful tips for environmentally-friendly activities for home and work.
