Engage 2014I am really looking forward to our first Engage event. We have been collaborating with our customers and partners to prepare a really exciting and educational forum. Personally, I’m eager to share the latest and greatest innovations from BMC, especially our next generation Remedy solution. Our measure of success will be a memorable event in which customers and partners have the opportunity to network, share, and connect with their industry peers.

We understand that your success is our success. It’s that simple. Our priority at Engage is to bring you the best practices learned from thousands of ITSM customer and partner engagements, and to enable our community to discuss their experiences. Events like this are also an essential learning experience for BMC to test and shape our vision for the industry.

Think of Engage 2014 as an all access pass to all things ITSM. Here are some highlights:

  • Forty-three dedicated ITSM breakout sessions
  • More than 50 BMC partners in the Exhibit Hall
  • Hands on labs and an evening with the engineers
  • Certification workshops
  • Opportunities to exchange with industry analysts, BMC executives, and product managers

The tracks are organized around technical, business, or industry themes to help our customers maximize their investment in BMC ITSM solutions: Service Desk, Help Desk, Asset Management, Discovery, Client Management, or CMDB.

I am excited about creating an open dialogue with our ITSM customers and want to personally invite you to engage with us on the BMC Communities Engage site. We can’t wait to meet and connect with you at Engage 2014.
