BMC Remedy AR System Earns NIAP Common Criteria EAL4 Certification

BMCSoftware, today announced that BMC Remedy® Action Request (AR) System has been awarded Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level (EAL)4 certification. This certification is sanctioned by the National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) Common Criteria Evaluationand Validation Scheme (CCEVS) and assures government agencies that the BMC Remedy AR System architecture has gone through stringent testing and analysis and conforms to current federal security standards.
