Tom has held various roles including International Finance Manager, Manager of QA, and eventually Manager of Technical Support at CDB Software, Inc. Tom has been a leader in Technical Support since joining BMC in 2015. Tom holds a BA in Economics with a concentration in Business from the University of Dallas.
