Mark Easton is responsible for transformation programs for global business change initiatives in service delivery and service assurance. In addition, he is on point for operational cost reduction programs, outsourcing development and support services in multiple regions worldwide including virtualization and application rationalization, and data center consolidation. Easton has been with British Telecommunications (BT) in this particular role since 2006 and has held a variety of positions while there. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and enjoys cinema and cross country cycling.
