Mark Gradwell is Area Vice President with BMC’s Customer Success Services organization leading the Global Transformation practice from the U.K. In this capacity, he directs the delivery of strategic services to help solve business problems and transform IT Operations’ ways of working that support ever-changing business requirements. Previously at BMC, Mark was responsible for establishing and growing the BMC Customer Success Management organization in EMEA and APAC. Mark has 18 years’ experience in the IT industry, helping customers drive value and achieve their business goals. Prior to BMC, Mark spent 11 years at Symantec on their Support leadership team where he managed support operations and partner programs. Throughout his IT career, Mark has cultivated a deep understanding of organizational change management’s importance in helping drive solution adoption, capability maturity and business outcomes.
