Manuel Araque

Manuel is the Head of IT Service Management at OCASO with full responsibility for the Service Desk, office infrastructure management, DC operations, batch process planning, Change Management and Delivery Management. He has a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering degree and nearly 20 years of experience in ITSM. He joined OCASO in 2003. Since then he’s been taking part and leading the implementation of IT services and ITIL adoption.
