Franco Ganda

After his studies, Franco Ganda, Head of Capacity Management at Consorzio Operativo Gruppo Montepaschi, began his career at Banca Agricola Mantovana in 1980. He started his career in IT as a system engineer with tp monitors and networking. For many years later, he drove a team that followed networking and affiliate information system. In 2000, the bank was incorporated by Monte dei Paschi di Siena and within its IT structure, he led a Change Management team. From 2004 until 2009, he was responsible for the two Data Centers of Monte dei Paschi in Siena, a server farm environment. From 2009 to 2016, he guided the Capacity Management team where they just installed TrueSight Capacity Optimization and worked on the Rightsizing project. By the end of 2016, he was assigned to the CTO staff and is following cross-projects between architectures and infrastructure management.
