ITIL V3:
Foundation and Examination
This three-day course introduces the
ITIL and the concept of IT Service
Management (ITSM). It outlines the
processes required to deliver, measure,
and improve IT services. This course
also provides a comprehensive look
at the concepts and terminology necessary
for Foundation level understanding
of ITIL V3.
ITIL V3:
Foundation Upgrade
This one-day course refreshes a candidate’s
knowledge of the ITIL V2 concepts that
are relevant to ITIL V3. The course
also explains concepts and terms that
are new to ITIL V3.
ITIL V3:
Executive Overview
This one-day course introduces the
ITIL and its proven processes for successfully
