BMC Software and Consul Announce Global Adoption of their Audit and Compliance Identity Management Solution
InSight® for CONTROL-SA® by Consul Sees Growing Customer Base and Satisfaction
 

HOUSTON, TX - (February 15, 2005) - BMC Software, Inc. [NYSE: BMC], a leading provider of enterprise management solutions, and Consul risk management, Inc., a renowned expert in audit and compliance, today announced the global success of their partnership in delivering effective audit and compliance identity management solutions. Since partnering in May of 2004, BMC Software and Consul risk management have provided numerous global customers with InSight for CONTROL-SA by Consul. The combined solution offers customers industry-leading security audit and compliance functions. By integrating the functionality of BMC Software’s CONTROL-SA provisioning suite with Consul risk management’s InSight security management solution, the combined solutions offer customers a unique value with the capability to provision and monitor user activity against business and regulatory policies.

BMC Software and Consul risk management will be demonstrating their solutions at the RSA Conference Feb 14 - 18 at booths #1316 and #1311, respectively.
