About PinkVERIFY Certification and BMC Remedy ITSM Suite

Pink Elephant’s PinkVERIFY assessment is recognized as the IT service management industry’s foremost program for certifying ITIL® compatibility. PinkVERIFY accreditation is an important guideline for customers who realize the significance in aligning IT with business objectives. With the release of ITIL version 3 (V3), Pink Elephant has developed a new PinkVERIFY certification scheme to reflect support of processes within the Service Lifecycle.

BMC is the first company to have its service support solutions assessed and certified as compatible with ITIL V3 processes by Pink Elephant. BMC Remedy ITSM Suite 7.0 has been found to be compatible with the following eleven ITIL V3 processes: Incident, Problem, Event, Request Fulfillment, Change, Service Asset & Configuration, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Availability, Release & Deployment, and Service Level Management.

BMC Remedy has long been a leader in ITIL solutions and was the first service desk ever to be PinkVERIFY certified (based on ITIL V2) in August 2000.
