In order to honor and encourage our employee volunteers and benefit the communities around the world where we live and work, BMC Software has implemented the “Building My Community” global volunteer recognition and awards program.
The program recognizes the volunteer time and efforts of BMC Software employees by annually granting up to 20 awards of $2,500 (or local currency equivalent) to the non-profit organizations where winning volunteers share their time, talent and energy.
