T. Cory Bleuer

Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer

T. Corey BleuerCory Bleuer, vice president, controller and chief accounting officer of BMC Software, Inc., joined the company August 21, 2006. Bleuer brings extensive finance and accounting experience in the software industry, most recently serving as vice president and controller for EMC Corporation’s Captiva Software Corporation, a position he assumed following EMC’s December 2005 acquisition of Captiva Software Corporation.

While with Captiva, Bleuer was vice president and corporate controller. He served as corporate controller from June 2000 to August 2002 for HNC Software Inc., which was acquired by Fair Isaac Corporation in August 2002. Following that acquisition, he served as director, corporate finance and accounting, for Fair Isaac from August 2002 to August 2004 and as corporate controller from August 2004 to February 2005. Bleuer also has been corporate controller for NeoPoint, Inc., and earlier in his career he served as a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Bleuer holds a Bachelor of Science - Business Administration, Accounting concentration, from Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
