Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary Denise Clolery is the senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of BMC Software, Inc., joining the company in 2005. After graduating cum laude from Harvard Law School, Clolery spent 16 years at O’Melveny and Myers LLP, one of the top international law firms in the United States, where she was elected partner and was a member of the firm’s prominent Transactions practice. She went on to serve as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of Radianz, a leading global network services provider to the financial industry. Most recently, Clolery was a partner in the law firm of Sonnenschein, Nath and Rosenthal LLP, resident in the firm’s New York office, where she practiced in their Intellectual Property & Technology and Corporate & Securities practice groups.
