Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Stephen B. Solcher is senior vice president, chief financial officer for BMC Software. Solcher served as interim chief financial officer and treasurer of BMC Software from August 2005 until he was named senior vice president and chief financial officer in December 2005. Previously, Solcher served as vice president of Finance and treasurer from 2000 to 2005 and corporate treasurer from 1992 to 2000. Solcher joined BMC Software in 1991 as assistant treasurer. Prior to joining BMC Software, Inc., Solcher was an experienced audit manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. Solcher received a Bachelor of Administration degree from Texas A&M University.
